Dear Caregivers,
Graduation will be held at the Richmond County Bank Ballpark on June 15, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. sharp. The rain date for the event is June 21, 2027, at 9:00 a.m.
Each student will receive three (3) tickets for graduation. Unfortunately, no additional tickets will be available.
The 8th Grade Activities Dues help support our school's efforts to provide a memorable and meaningful end-of-year experience for our graduates. The activities fee covers the following:
- Rental of the graduation facility
- Yearbook
- Graduation gown
- Video yearbook
- Printing costs
- Senior T-shirt
- Diploma case
- Graduation program
Please note that students with outstanding dues will not receive any of the items listed above.
Senior Graduation Dues are $155 per student ($75 for siblings).

Please complete the required form on the website and submit your payment.
Deadline for payment: Friday, April 30, 2027.
We will begin collecting graduation dues immediately upon distribution of this notice.
We encourage you to support your child by ensuring they arrive at school on time each day, complete all classwork and homework assignments, and follow school rules and expectations. Only students who meet the requirements for graduation will be permitted to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.
For the purposes of this ceremony, "graduating" means that a student has successfully passed all major subjects for the school year. Attendance at Summer School does not constitute graduation eligibility.
Please notify the school office of any changes to your address or contact information.
In addition to meeting academic requirements, satisfactory citizenship and behavior are prerequisites for participation in all eighth-grade activities and trips. Students who are excluded from activities due to disciplinary reasons will not receive refunds.
