• Students will be broken up into groups of 8 with 1 adult chaperone. 
• 9 groups with 2 extra adults. One adult leader for each bus. 
• Extra adults will be responsible for contacting the bus, monitoring students, medical records and handling any problems that arise. 
• Adult will have a picture of their student group and any pertinent information on the students in that group. 
• Tickets will be grouped together in the theater. 
• There will be a meeting location for lost students as well as a location to meet for the bus.
